Mark Bangerter
Creative Director/Art Director

Mark started his pursuit of an advertising career watching way too much TV as a child. After studying advertising at Brigham Young University with an emphasis in copywriting, his career trajectory changed when he was denied admittance to the VCU Adcenter copywriting program, but was offered, instead, a seat in the art direction program.

Upon completing internships at The Martin Agency and Fallon, Mark accepted a full-time position at Arnold in Boston. After marrying a Utahn, he returned to his home state to work at McCann Erickson, Richter7 Advertising and to teach at the Art Institute of Salt Lake City. He currently works at Boncom, a cause based agency.

Mark’s work has been recognized by The One Show, Communication Arts, D&AD, Archive Magazine, the New York Festival, AAF, AIGA and the Effies.

Mark currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and three children. He can be reached at mark.bangerter@gmail.com
